Our beautiful hammocks and Swings are sure to accentuate your living room, patio and lawn. If you do not like a product, we will be glad to accept it back within 7 days of delivery– unused and in its original packing. You can initiate a return by 3 ways:

Condition for Returning a Product:
Products can be returned in case of damaged/defective goods. Refund will be provided only if replacement for the product is not available.
Notify us with the receipt of damaged/defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
(NOTE: Please provide video/photographic evidence of damage or item replacement while registering a complaint with Customer Service)
Please do not accept the package in case it is damaged or tampered with.
Product should be returned UNUSED with is original packing along with the tags, instruction manuals and invoice.
It is advisable to pack the return packet with strong and adequate packaging so the product does not get damaged while in transit.
Any product/item damaged post-delivery, shall not be accepted for returns.
Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
For return of products, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the product to provided goods are received in good condition.
A product can be cancelled only within 24 hours of the order being placed or till its sent from the warehouse. In case you want to cancel a purchase immediately once you have paid for it, please contact our customer care at above mail id or phone numbers so that they process your returns.
Cancellations will not be accepted, once the order is shipped out. In case of any exception, at sole discretion of Slack Jack, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
