Q: How do I place an order?

A: Placing an order for a Slack Jack product is easy. Just add the items to your cart, enter your billing and shipping information and place your order.

Q: How will my order be delivered to me?

A: Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

Q: How will I know if order is placed successfully?

A: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email which contains all the details related to your order. You can also view your order details in My Account -> Order status.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you will an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched , you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and click "View the status of your orders" to view the status of your orders.

Q: I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

A: First check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

Q: How can I change/cancel my order?

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Q: What is the 'add to waitlist' option?

A: We manufacture our products in limited quantities. When we sell out of a certain product the 'add to cart' option will change to 'add to waitlist'. You can add the product to your waitlist. Once the product is in stock we will inform you via email and you can add the product to your shopping cart.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.

Q: Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

A: All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Q: What should I do if my payment fails?

A: If your payment fails, please retry and ensure that the information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, that is, account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on or call us with your order number for any clarification.


Q: How does a gift voucher work?

A: You can send multiple gift vouchers of value Rs 250 or Rs 1000 to your friends and family so that they can shop to their taste at

We email the gift voucher to the recipient on your behalf and you can see the voucher details under the 'My Orders' tab in 'My Account'.

Q: How can I use my gift voucher?

A: If you have received gift voucher from, all you have to do is register on our site, add the products you like to your cart and check out. In the Payment details page, enter your gift voucher code. Your gift voucher will be converted to points that you can redeem against your purchase instantly.


Q: How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

A: We will never take back the items once sold except in exceptional cases where the goods got totally damaged that too due to manufacturing defect or damage in transit. In that event we will return the payment to the consignor without any compensation after the damage is assessed to be genuine.

Q: My order arrived incomplete/incorrect/damaged or defective. I want to have it fixed/return it.

A: Please email our Customer Service at and we will do everything we can to help fix the problem.

Q: How can I return a gift I received?

A: Please email our Customer Service at for assistance in returning the item. Please provide the gifter's phone number, first and last name, or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment. You cannot obtain store credit for a returned gift item.

Q: Can I return a part of my order ?

A: Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

A: We ship orders within 48 hours of processing payment and we promise to get your order to you within 10 working days at the very most.

Q: Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

A: Not necessarily. A single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure the product is safe and handled with care and gets to you in time.
